2. Twisting Dragon Breeding Method
The packing scale adopts screw twist feeder. The blackmailer feeder has good sealing performance. The shell is round. The design and manufacturing requirements of the twisted blades and housing are as much as possible. The number of blades between the inlet and the outlet must reach a certain number, otherwise it cannot be sealed well. The auger feed is divided into two types: auger and auger. 4. Vibration feed mode
Mechanical vibration and electromagnetic vibration. Electromagnetic vibration adjusts the feed speed by changing the amplitude of the input voltage, that is, by changing the electric vibration force. Vibration feeding has the characteristics of uniform feeding, high weighing accuracy, and the use of powder and granular materials. Some packaging scales use a mixed feed method. In order to improve the accuracy, the slow feed adopts electromagnetic vibration feed, such as small packaging scale 1 ~ 5kg/bag. Fast and medium feeding adopts self-input type; small feeding adopts electromagnetic vibration.
