3. Replace the carbon brush holder.

4. Is the contact point of the heating control switch on and off normal? Is the control line connected at the contact point;
5. Is the power plug on and off between the transformer of the ton bag packaging machine and the heating block (sheet) normal, mainly including circuit breakers, carbon brush holders, solid state relays, and whether the wiring methods on the collector ring are loose? And disconnect.
Solution:
1. Replace solid state relays;
2. Tighten the thread nose;

5. Find out the reason and cover or replace the circuit breaker.

1. Check on time;
2. Check the heating wire on time for insulation damage and copper leakage;
