3. Working process and main features
The climbing conveyor sends the packaging bag to the flattening and shaping device to make the bag flat, and then to the grab waiting device to wait for grabbing. The grabber picks up the bag and rotates it by 90° or 180° to make the bag sew All the openings are on the inside; then the packaging device is arranged in layers according to the set order by the marshalling device, and the platform will automatically drop one layer after one layer is filled. After the maximum 10 layers are filled, the pallet conveyor will send the stack out, and the pallet will be sent out at the same time. The warehouse sends a new pallet, and the forklift transports the stack away.
