The bag clamping and hook of the ton bag scale are controlled by solenoid valves. In the initial state, the hook is always closed. Before taking the ton bag, you can hang the four hooks first. During the operation, click the bag button once to execute the bag clamping command, and click the bag button again to release the bag.
1. After clamping the bag, first click the up start button, the air cylinder will lift the bag to the position of the upper switch and then stop;
2. After receiving the rising data signal, the ton bag scale will automatically remove the self-weight of the bag;
3. The equipment will be turned off quickly and slowly, the raw material door will be cut open, the net weight end will be packed twice;
4. The meter of the ton bag scale sends out a loose bag signal;
5. Lower the cylinder of the fully automatic elevator and loosen the middle bag;
6. Loosen the hook (reset the hook cylinder), and the big bag will fall onto the conveyor;
7. Press the emergency stop button of the ton bag scale, the meter will stop operating, the lifting cylinder will go down, and then the bag will be loosened;
8. After the transmission is stopped, click the start button again to stop the belt conveyor when it does not reach the photoelectric switch;
9. Transport the package with a forklift.
If there are special circumstances during the working process, you can press the emergency stop button of the ton bag scale, and the meter will stop working.
