① No input from PLC
Cause: The output data line of the control board is not plugged in properly, the control board has no output, and the data line is broken.
Solution: plug in the data cable, inspect and replace the control board, and replace the data cable.
②, the solenoid valve signal is not good
Causes: PLC has no output, PLC output point is broken, PLC is in the programming position, solenoid valve signal line is broken.
Solution: Dismantle and replace the PLC, insert the PLC into the operating part, and dismantle and replace the signal line.
③The cylinder suddenly does not move during normal operation
Cause: PLC has no output, solenoid valve is destroyed, cylinder or air pipe is destroyed, circuit is blocked.
Solution: dismantle and replace the output point, repair or dismantle the solenoid valve, dismantle or repair the cylinder air pipe, and check the circuit.
④. After the bag clamping door of the ton bag packaging machine is closed, it automatically opens again. After pressing the start button, the material door cannot be opened, and there is a deviation in the packaging process.
Cause: In the packaging of finished products, the most problematic is the occurrence of deviations. There are many reasons for the deviation, and the analysis is carried out one by one in different degrees and different situations.
1. Every bag has deviation, and the deviation is very serious.
2. Sometimes the deviation occurs in several bags continuously, and the deviation standard value is not large.
3. The net weight cannot be stable within a small range, sometimes deviation occurs.
Solution: The plug-in board of the controller should also be inspected to see if there is a virtual connection or poor contact on the circuit board, and the boom on the weighing silo should be inspected to see if it is loose. Since the boom is the connecting member between the weight sensor and the weighing bin, the loosening of the boom will cause the instability of the weight sensor measurement. These are all reasons that will lead to deviations.
