2. Check the oil level of the vacuum pump regularly, and increase the oil level regularly to keep the oil level at 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil window; the vacuum pump adopts imported automobile oil or special vacuum pump oil.
3. When the oil in the pump is observed to turn black or white, there are water droplets in the oil, or the viscosity increases, which proves that the oil has been contaminated and should be replaced immediately. Under normal circumstances, the oil should be changed every 1-2 months of continuous work.
4. The machine with dewatering device should drain water regularly from the drain pipe behind the equipment according to the water content of the packaging bag, and then put the pipe plug in place after draining. Under normal circumstances, the water will automatically decompose and does not need to be discharged.
