Ton bag packaging machineHow to debug it? Generally, after checking the sensor connection, turn on the power supply of the control cabinet, and debug after 15 minutes of warm-up. The following introduces the debugging method of the ton bag packaging machine weighing.
(1) Adjust unloading
Put the 10kg weight on the two support keys of the weighing bucket. When the weighing shows "positive difference", adjust the sensor output to the direction of reduction; when the weighing shows "negative difference", the sensor output should be adjusted in the direction of improvement.
(2) Re-adjustment
Adjust the scale according to the calibration procedure in the manual of the weighing display controller. From the zero point to the large value point, the weight is increased by 0kg, 40kg, 70kg, 90kg, 100kg. The error is not more than 10g, 20g, 35g, 45g, 50g. From the maximum value to the zero point, the weights of 100kg, 90kg, 70kg, 40kg, and 0kg are used successively, and the error is not greater than their respective tolerances. Perform repeatability tests at two quantitative points of 40kg and 100kg, each weighing the key points for 3 times, and each error is not greater than their respective tolerances.
(3) Parameter setting
Quantitative packaging scales have many parameters that need to be set. The following are examples of commonly used key parameters:
A. The quantitative value of the weighing display controller can be set to a quantitative target value, such as 90kg.
B. Fast and slow. When the weight> (set value)-(rapid increase amount), stop the rapid increase and enter a slow increase; when the weight> ((set value)-(slow load), stop loading.
