1. Limited palletizing capacity: The working capacity of the robot palletizer is related to many factors, such as its working space, mechanical structure, flexibility and so on. Because the mechanical structure is relatively cumbersome and complicated, the space and flexibility of the robot are therefore limited and greatly reduced.
2. Reliability and stability need to be improved: Compared with more complicated operation methods such as welding and assembly, the robot palletizer only needs to complete simple tasks such as grasping and stacking, so compared with other equipment, The stability of the device is much lower.
3. The degree of intelligence is limited: Our requirements for the robot palletizer are that it can work for a long time, has a low failure rate, and can adapt to changes in the packaging environment and operating object parameters. However, if the production speed wants to increase rapidly, the equipment is required to be in a state of high-speed operation, and advanced automatic control devices and supporting facilities are required to achieve the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the robot and the safety of the operators and the operating objects. This also requires robots. It has functions such as monitoring, testing, warning, diagnosis and repair.
4. Adaptability needs to be improved: modern industrial production has the characteristics of small batches and multiple varieties, frequent replacements, and refined division of labor. Robot palletizers have to face the situation of one machine with multiple products, one machine with multiple trays, and one machine with multiple lines. The size parameters and palletizing mode of the product (or package) are programmed into the robot palletizer in advance, and the robot itself cannot recognize the object.
