1. Clean the scale body

Note: Do not use chemical solvents during the cleaning process, and do not splash water into the scale body. If you accidentally splash into the scale body, you need to wait for the moisture to dry before turning on the power, otherwise the ton bag scale may be damaged or even There may be an electric shock accident.
2. Level correction
Check whether the ton bag scale is level. If it is tilted, you can adjust the feet to restore the blisters to the middle position.
3. Clean the printer
Cut off the power, open the plastic door on the right side of the ton bag scale, hold the plum blossom handle on the outside of the printer and drag the printer out of the scale. Press the reed on the front of the printer, loosen the print head, wipe the print head with a print head cleaning pen, and then cover the pen cap after cleaning to prevent the cleaning fluid in the pen from evaporating. After cleaning, let it stand for two minutes. After the cleaning liquid on the print head evaporates late, close the print head, then push the printer back to the scale body and close the plastic door, then power on and check to see if the print is clear. The problem can continue to use.
Note: Use the special cleaning pen attached to the ton bag scale to clean the print head. If the cleaning liquid in the cleaning pen is used up, you can use a clean soft cloth dipped in an appropriate amount of absolute alcohol to clean the print head.
4. Initialization
The ton bag scale has the functions of zero tracking and resetting at power-on. Do not put anything on the scale when turning on. Try to turn on the scale when there is no wind around the scale. If there is a little weight display after turning on, you can use the "clear" key on the keyboard. Return the scale to zero.
Note: During the weighing process, the ton bag scale needs to ensure that other foreign objects do not touch the sensor, and the bottom of the sensor must be kept clean, otherwise it may cause inaccurate weighing.
