Note: When rotating the adjustment resistors, if the two rotations of each group are inconsistent, it will make the adjustment difficult. Therefore, the rotation of each group of adjustment resistors of the sensor should be as the same as possible during adjustment. The deviation value of each bearing point does not exceed ten g to meet the standard.
(2) Weighing adjustment of ton bag packaging machine
Carry out the weighing adjustment according to the calibration procedure of the weighing indication control board operating instructions. During the measurement verification, increase the chips in the order of 0 kg, 40 kg, 70 kg, 90 kg, and 100 kg from 0 to the extreme point, with deviations not exceeding 10 g, 20 g, 35 g, 45 g, and 50 g respectively; Decrease the chips in the order of 100 kg, 90 kg, 70 kg, 40 kg, and 0 kg from the extreme value to 0 points, and the deviation does not exceed the respective error value; repeat at the two quantitative analysis points of 40 kg and 100 kg For sex measurement verification, each scale is carried out 3 times, and the deviation of each time does not exceed the respective error value.
