Generally speaking, there are two main parts, inspection and packaging before packaging, familiar with the content of these two parts, and also familiar with how to operate, but in the operation, the packaging scale needs to pay attention to some matters, otherwise it is prone to problems.
1. Inspection before packaging
(1) Check whether the selector switch is in the manual position before turning on the machine.
(2) After powering on, observe that the weighing instrument is in the normal zero position.
(3) Check that the control air source pressure is 0.5 mpa and the fluidization air source pressure is 0.05 mpa. 2. Packaging
(4) Select "Switch to automatic position" and clamp the package. The packaging scale automatically completes the following functions: the feeding butterfly valve is opened and the feeding butterfly valve is closed {{1}} fluidized discharge start → fluidized discharge end-+bag tube lift → flip → next cycle.
2. Customs clearance: the last few packages or blocks are used. Indicator meaning:
(1) When the feed indicator light is on, it indicates that the feed butterfly valve has been opened, and the material enters the fluidization bin of the packaging scale from the octagonal material.
(2) The discharge indicator light is on, indicating that the feed butterfly valve has been closed, the fluidization valve, fast and slow release valves have been opened, and the material has entered the packaging bag from the fluidized state.
Three, matters needing attention
1. In case of accidents such as spraying materials, gripping hands, etc., please quickly press the emergency stop switch, and the packaging scale will cut off the power supply.
2. Cover the packaging bag as required, and press the head of the packaging bag completely to avoid spraying.
3. If the automatic bag turning is unsuccessful, directly press "Manual turning bag" to assist.
4. If the butterfly valve is not closed during feeding, it means that there is no material in the large warehouse. Please switch to purge mode to pack the last few packs of materials.
5. When the packaging is in the automatic mode, if there are expanded bags and large dust packaging bags, please appropriately reduce the pressure source of the fluidizing gas. When the packaging is in the automatic mode, if there is slow discharge and blockage, please increase the pressure of the gas source or the slow discharge cylinder of the stroke; when the packaging is in the customs clearance mode, if the packaging bag is severely swollen, it means that the materials in the fluidized warehouse have been Was emptied.
6. Clean the fluidized residual materials and scale body dust before going to work every day, switch the selector switch to manual mode, and press the emergency stop switch to cut off the power.
