4. If the ton bag packaging machine notices that the feeding disc valve has not been closed during the feeding process, it means that there is no material in the large hopper. Please switch to the clearing method to carry out the packaging of the material.
5. When packaging in fully automatic mode, if the packaging bag causes swelling and large smoke and dust, please reduce the pressure of the fluidized gas source reasonably; in fully automatic packaging, if the slow material is blocked, please flow The pressure of the chemical gas source or the stroke of the slow-discharging cylinder should be increased reasonably; during the clearing method, if the packaging bag causes serious swelling, it means that the material in the fluidization warehouse has been exhausted.
6. Before leaving get off work every day, clean the residual materials in the fluidization warehouse and the smoke and dust on the scale body, switch the control switch to manual mode, and press and hold the emergency stop button to disconnect the power.
